FINEXA ERP SYSTEM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using Finexa ERP system, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Finexa provides cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software designed to help businesses manage their operations including accounting, inventory, sales, purchases, and human resources.
3. USER REGISTRATION
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
• Services are provided on a subscription basis
• Free trial periods are available for new users as specified in your chosen plan
• Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
5. DATA AND PRIVACY
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of all data you input into the system
• We reserve the right to backup your data for disaster recovery purposes
• You are responsible for maintaining your own data backups
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All software, content, and materials are owned by Finexa or its licensors
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software
• Company names, logos, and trademarks are protected
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your requirements
• You use the service at your own risk
10. TERMINATION
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data
• Unpaid accounts may be suspended or deleted after 60 days
11. MODIFICATIONS
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Material changes will be notified via email or system notification
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms
12. GOVERNING LAW
• These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia
